Q: What is PaymentXchange and why am I being asked to use it? | A: PaymentXchange is the official and secure payment channel used by the agency to collect deposits. It ensures your payment goes to the correct account, shows you the property and agency details before you pay, and protects you from scams or wrong transfers. If you are unable to receive the TAC Code, please go to your mobile "Messages" app. At the top of the app, click your "Email Icon" From the selection, click on "Spam and Blocked"  before proceeding with payment. This links the deposit to a real person/company to reduce fraud and errors. Payment requests can be accessed by buyers either through QR code or URL link. Security reminder: Anyone with the QR code or link can view the payment page. Q**: Are there any fees to utilize PaymentXchange?** | There are no additional fees charged to the buyer or agent by PaymentXchange for processing an earnest/rental deposit. PaymentXchange uses the CHIP payment gateway to facilitate the deposit payments. In other words, if the earnest deposit is RM5,000, the buyer’s bank account will be debited RM5,000 for the transaction. The Agency will receive the exact amount into their bank account.
