Payment Request Overview

| - Buyers must provide their personal information (name, email, mobile) before proceeding with payment. This links the deposit to a real person/company to reduce fraud and errors.

Payment requests can be accessed by buyers either through QR code or URL link.

Leads

| Why can't I access the Leads module on the VX mobile app?

The conversion of Leads into Indications is done so through bulk uploads. However, the mobile app currently doesn't support bulk uploads.

Single/Bulk Indications

| What happens after I submit a Single Indication request?

VX will route the request to a valuer cluster based on the bank’s business rules (e.g. property location, alphabet routing).
Valuers in that cluster will receive the request and submit their indication values.
You’ll see responses coming into VX until: -- The cut-off time is reached, or -- Your minimum number of indications is met.

| What is the cut-off time, and how can I configure it?

The cut-off time is the time frame in which valuers have to reply to a request. Should a valuer either not provide an indicative value in time the system would change the request status to "Expired". In a scenario where the cut-off time has been met, and not enough indicative values have been received from a cluster, the system would then fallback to the next cluster with the cut-off being restarted

| Are minimum number of indications guaranteed?

No, they depend on the response rate from valuers. Should a cluster not produce the minimum number of indications within the cut-off time, the system will fallback to the next cluster.

MPIS & Bank Referral Codes

What it is

Some banks run Mortgage Referral Incentive Schemes (MPIS) or referral programs for licensed real estate professionals. In PaymentXchange, you can store your bank-issued referral codes so that qualified leads generated during your deals are automatically attributed to you for the bank’s program recognition.

What it does in PX — and across the ecosystem

Auto-attribution in PX: Add a valid referral code for a participating bank and PX attaches it to eligible customer leads you submit.
Hand-off to VX: Those leads are passed to ValuationXchange (VX), where banks can progress them through indication if desired and, when appropriate, formal valuation—all within the same ecosystem.
Why this matters: Banks can act on your leads faster (no double data entry), keep audit trails/SLA visibility, and move the customer from deposit → mortgage assistance → valuation with fewer handoffs and less delay.
