Unable to receive TAC Code

  1. If you are unable to receive the TAC Code, please go to your mobile "Messages" app.


Access your messages app in your phone


  1. At the top of the app, click your "Email Icon"



  1. From the selection, click on "Spam and Blocked"



  1. In the Spam and Blocked folder, you should find the "TAC Code" Message, click on it to get your TAC code.



  1. Here, you will be able to get your TAC code.
