FAQ
Leads
Why can't I access the Leads module on the VX mobile app?- The conversion of Leads into Indications is done so through bulk uploads. However, the mobile app currently doesn't support bulk uploads.
Single/Bulk Indications
- VX will route the request to a valuer cluster based on the bank’s business rules (e.g. property location, alphabet routing).
- Valuers in that cluster will receive the request and submit their indication values.
- You’ll see responses coming into VX until:
-- The cut-off time is reached, or
-- Your minimum number of indications is met.
- The cut-off time is the time frame in which valuers have to reply to a request. Should a valuer either not provide an indicative value in time the system would change the request status to "Expired". In a scenario where the cut-off time has been met, and not enough indicative values have been received from a cluster, the system would then fallback to the next cluster with the cut-off being restarted
- No, they depend on the response rate from valuers. Should a cluster not produce the minimum number of indications within the cut-off time, the system will fallback to the next cluster.
- No edits are can be made to a request post-submission.
Tip: You can use the in-built chat function to update participating valuers on any new information post-submission.

- You may view those indication requests within under the "Indication Requests", under the "Request Management" section. The Indications will be found within the batch they were uploaded with. Clicking on "View Details" will display all Indications uploaded within a specific batch upload.

- No. Once a request is triggered or scheduled the minimum indications cannot be modified.
- When a valuer provides a response to a request, you will receive a notification about it.
- Opening an Indication request:
-- Check the valuer response list (you’ll see names, values, timestamps, status).
-- Look at the status (“Pending”, “Responded”, “Declined”, "Expired").
Tip: Sort the responses by time or valuation amount to make comparison easier.

- No, all requests are routed to valuer clusters as configured by your company's administrators. This helps ensure fair distribution across valuers and reduces bias
Formal Valuations
- The only mandatory document to be uploaded is the Letter of Instruction (LOI). Any additional supporting documents are optional.
Miscellaneous
Can a firm be in multiple clusters across states?- Yes, but not in multiple clusters within the same state.
- Yes, you can later deactivate or remove the firm from a cluster without deleting it from ValuationXchange
- No. It moves to the next cluster immediately.
