FAQ
Single/Bulk Indications
- VX will route the request to a valuer cluster based on the bank’s business rules (e.g. property location, alphabet routing).
- Valuers in that cluster will receive the request and submit their indication values.
- You’ll see responses coming into VX until:
-- The cut-off time is reached, or
-- Your minimum number of indications is met.
- No, they depend on the response rate from valuers. The system attempts retries or fallback clusters if needed.
- No edits are can be made to a request post-submission.
Tip: You can use the in-built chat function to update participating valuers on any new information post-submission.

- You may view those indication requests within under the "Indication Requests", under the "Request Management" section. The Indications will be found within the batch they were uploaded with. Clicking on "View Details" will display all Indications uploaded within a specific batch upload.


- No. Once a request is triggered or scheduled the minimum indications cannot be modified.
- When a valuer provides a response to a request, you will receive a notification about it.
- Opening an Indication request:
-- Check the valuer response list (you’ll see names, values, timestamps, status).
-- Look at the status (“Pending”, “Responded”, “Declined”, "Expired").
Tip: Sort the responses by time or valuation amount to make comparison easier.

Formal Valuations
- The only mandatory document to be uploaded is the Letter of Instruction (LOI). Any additional supporting documents are optional.
Miscellaneous
Can a firm be in multiple clusters across states?- Yes, but not in multiple clusters within the same state.
- Yes, you can later deactivate or remove the firm from a cluster without deleting it from ValuationXchange
- No, all requests are routed to valuer clusters as configured by your company's administrators. This helps ensure fair distribution across valuers and reduces bias
- No. It moves to the next cluster immediately.
